Both sessions will cover the June 2027 program dates, the logistics and readiness planning now underway, and how W2N will communicate next steps. Families who have expressed interest and those who have already placed a deposit are welcome.

Session two · Virtual

The virtual information session will be held on Google Meet. Use the direct meeting link below from a computer, tablet, or phone.

How to join Google Meet

Select Join the Google Meet above, or enter meet.google.com/xzo-zvhu-cnd in your browser.

Check your name, microphone, and camera
If prompted, sign in with your Google account. You can choose your audio and video settings before requesting to join.

Request to join
Select the on-screen option to join or ask to join. If there is a waiting screen, remain there until the meeting host admits you.

Arrive a few minutes early
Joining early leaves time to resolve any audio, video, or browser-permission issue before the session begins.
